Hey guys on EK9,

I'm new to the whole ek9 thing but I want to learn how they work and all the specs and such while still remaining technical. Also, I am soon to be in the market for a project and really want to make an Ek9 or ITR after seeing their performances + reliability & maintenance all in one package.
Background:
I started with a b18 1993 Del Sol, then a 1993 240sx s13 (welded diff daily = :/ ), 2004 Mitsubishi Galant ES (LOL. reliable DD + mitsubishi scene), and i got T-boned and through insurance and what not I am now leasing a 2014 FRS monogram which will later go to my brother (complicated situation).

Thinking of going s2k for a DD because i don't need all the space, & ek9 or ITR for a track / weekend (seems like an inverse thing but hey, i wanna go all out with the track/weekend warrior i.e. gut, possible FI, cage)

Not worried about space b/c my girlfriend swears onto the WRX wagon life and such.

I still want to know more about the legality of things in CA as far as making an Ek9 or ITR street legal go since sr20 s13 didnt go out well.
