I have a 2000 civic with a 1996 b18c jdm swap in it. Ive already repinned the whole ecu wires to run the obd2a ecu and it runs fine. Only issue is when i stop to refuel and remove the gas cap then refuel the car will not start on first crank. There are no cel codes and no other issues with it, just the evap was disconnected because this ecu doesn't use the evap i have. Is the evap causing this fuel pressure issue when refueling? This is the only thing i can think that would effect it like this. Also would going to an obd1 evap canister work because it isnt electronically controlled?
