Should have it finished early next year, going to be NA to start with to make sure the engine is ok then go turbo after.

Been busy with work so the build is going slower than I would have liked, been doing little bit's when I have time and collecting Honda parts!!! . The car is being moved into a unit so I can start putting the suspension on and test fit the engine anyway here are some pic's.

I have fitted Hardrace RTA's so I will see what they are like on the road if I don't like them they will changed for Oem, also fitted new back plate's and Honda disc's which are a bit£££ as with all Honda part's!!!

I have been having ago at making my own sidewinder turbo manifold, having nether done anything like this before it's a steep learning curve so any help would be appreciated, I have made the merge collector see what you guys think!!

Looks tidy, what's the spec of stainless you using? Been tig welding long?

Thanks, I have had the tig welder for a year or so but only probably only used it for 20 hour's self taught so maybe not the correct way!!!. The stainless is 304 10 sch 1.5inch ID using 309 filler rod and back purged. Should have the exhaust manifold flange in the cnc mill Monday then hopefully next weekend tack it all together.

Wanted to get the manifold flange on the machine Monday but got around to machining it today here are some pic's the flange is made from 12mm thick mild steel.

Good to see some proper one off engineered parts :nice:

We did a bit of CNC work back in tech but that was 9 years ago now so I have forgot most of it unfortunately, would be great to have access and experience like yourself
