Hi guys. I would like to install takatas 3 point 3" size but not attached in the back seats... i will need space for back passengers xD

Anyone have experience on installing this kind of fixing for Takatas?

No and no ! Don't do it.
Try to search in here!

Harness bar is only to keep your harness in right hieght.

And you can not have passagers with you will you have a harness bar.

I personally would only fit harnesses if I had a roll cage. In the unlikely event of a roll they would probably do more harm than good without a cage.

Seatbelt pads look tacky though, sorry. But each to their own I guess.

The harnesses mounted to the rear seatbelt mounts via eyebolts should be just as effective should you roll? You got to go some to bend the floor pan enough for the belts to slacken?
Unless you mean the head being hit by the roof when you roll over?
Not sure a standard seatbelt offers any more protection in that instance?

In my old EK4, I drove trackday with 3-point seatbelts (factory) with EK9 seats.
And I was getting crazy! in sharp turns, was almost thrown out of the seat. And I'm a big guy at 200 pounds.

So if you need to run track days, I really recommend you that you buy some 4 point. or 5/6 point harness.

Many buckles not the horizontal seatbelts enough, So happens "submarine"

Now I run with Takata harness + shoulder pads (very important !!).
Tegiwa harness bar (which is changed in an NRG harness bar now)
And seatbelts are so strapped into the floor at the rear seatbelts.

Anyone you ask who's serious about racing will tell you that harnesses are a big nono without a roll cage. For me it's either factory belts or cage and 6 point harness.

What about the occasional track day?

I've used the factory seatbelt and got thrown around way too much. Was like a boat!

Look at getting a CG lock friend had one before getting harnesses and a cage

It depends on the level of risk you're willing to take. Harnesses won't allow you to duck down if you roll, hence the need for a roll cage. Also 4 point harnesses are not great as you can slide under them in a head on collision. If you're happy to take the risk go ahead, we all take risks when going to track!

A good seat and three point belt should be ok for the occasional track goer... If you find you are still thrown all over the place then maybe you are being a little too aggressive with the steering.

As said above, a three point belt allows for that extra bit of head movement if you are involved in a roll, and a little can mean a lot with respect to head injuries. Harnesses for a primarily road going car are ridiculous though... I remember having them in my civic when I was 17 and thought I was Paul Walker's protege. You can't do anything. The amount of times I dropped my milkshake in the drive through because I couldn't reach... Money down the drain.

You can add camber arms with standard suspension yes.
You can't adjust camber with the stock arms.

Yeah it could wear the shocks fairly quickly but it's more of a safety issues really.
Chopping the spring will make it lower but will also make it softer, 99% chance you'll make the car handle worse.
Lowering springs if you want to keep stock shocks.

My ek9 is arriving Southampton circa 1st April. By the pics seems high ride but not sure if it has to be with the pics resolutions and size...
