Need help...loud banging!

Hi guys needing a bit of help. I keep getting a loud banging noise from the back of the car like metal plates slapping together when I hit small pot holes or bumps.
I've replaced the drop links - didn't help
Replaced the anti roll bar bushes- didn't help.
Put new rubbers on the exhaust- didn't help.
I have checked everything is tight and wiggled everything but it's all as tight as a ducks arse...any help?
 
As above first thing I was thinking was suspension/coilovers
 
Car is standard, nothing like that. Spare wheel and kit is in my garage..weight saving
 
Have you checked the top nuts that fix the shocks into the chassis?
