EG civic K-swap inside

So with track time looming it's time to sort out the last few niggles I've owned the car about 3 weeks now and it's already ruined a set of front tyres already so decided to check the tracking in work was pretty shocked

I had to do something or the tyres would have been canvas in no time so I threw the guages on in work! And I found it to be almost 15 degrees of toe in on the front and that explains why it was chewing tyres and the steering being very sensitive and light! Going in tomorrow for it to be set correctly!

So tracking set tomorrow and get my newly ordered AD08R's fitted to the front and I recon the near new parada spec 2's will do the job adequately on the rear!

Parada spec 2s are unreal in the dry have some my self but be wide in the wet they are dodgy in any bit of rain

@King Sir yeah had plenty of brown pants moments on the wet with spec2's lol

Tracking was checked today and toe corrected also found in have 4.1 degrees of camber on the rear :O

Cool looking hatch! I prefer the Regas on it, but that silver color looks ace!

Few people said they prefer the regamasters but I much prefer rpf1's more aggressive looking and not as stance crew with the regamaster brites and it would have been a shame to paint over genuine brites

Yesterday I fitted my AEM fuel rail to get rid of the shiney one looks better black goes with the FPR and I could check my fuel pressure as didn't know if it was set correctly!

Before

After

So the first trackday day was done yesterday in the eg and absolutely loved it car was faultless just needs more ££ spent to make it more track friendly here are some pics

Here's a short video of my last outing in the last half hour of the session everyone loves these clips over the actual session itself lol

And here is the aftermath

Car was looking good out on track mate , didn't realise you had came off

Haha oh well buddy one of those things, the cars still in one piece so no problem lol

Ouch... Did you lock up or something?

Nah unsettled the car going into the corner I changed down just before and it decided to go the opposite way haha

Yeah man **** happens on never bought the car to be a show queen or anything just to tear round the track so not overly bothered they are just battle scars haha just glad I never put it on its roof haha

Sickened looks like you thought it was a left turn u wer fairly movin it glad it was ok :drive::nice:

@King Sir yeah man was fairly shifting was about 65/70ish! lesson learned don't downshift before a corner! Trackday made me realise I need more power and a far better gearbox lol

Trial an error dude you seemed to have a good grasp of it anyway from the rest of the video fair play :D

Yeah man @King Sir alot of learning still to be done hopefully be back on track in June or possibly before then and few more tweaks to the car and should get a better performance out it
