Glad you got the box sorted....just in time for winter :angry2:.

Car is looking well though. I want to experience the new box ;)
 
Least the box is built properly now man, and its all fresh, thats the main thing :nice:

Need to take me for a spin next time I'm through! Can go for some more pics that aren't as rushed as those ones were haha!

How do you find the new ratios? Plated diff is a fantastic mod.
 
Looks epic mate! ;) as said seats are class, will never forget when I had a wee sit in them! :)

The box is mega eh? My short ratio box transformed my ek9. The whine you get is cool eh?
 
@b16 mini Sorry for the late reply, wasn't active for a while and missed these comments! ratio is really good, but not good for motorway miles.. the Diff is nice and aggressive, very loud when the box is cold haha!
@ramboteamjon Yeah the whine is cool, luckily for me it isn't that loud. I still have an OEM cat back so it's nice to hear all the natural VTEC and every nut and bolt
 
So a wee update. MOT done in March. Sat about in the drive still and anticipating the long awaited track day.

So, popped the CP-035s on for the last time as I've sold them now.. :(

Had a couple of videos but this was one of the shorter ones and i'll see if i can be bothered to upload the rest haha! This was the last few laps before the Marshalls waved the checkered flag.

What's next? as you may have noticed the shifting is that smooth from the video, I've got a Spoon Change Rod I bought last year that was yet to be fitted, that should help slip into 2nd easier instead of 4th haha!

@Deans96r thanks mate! Still a lot to learn! This was my third time out on the 9 and 4th time on. When I was out last time I was getting 1.20ish? This time was averaging 1.08s so much better lol.

Went on two nights before the MU on tues. me and Edd were the only Hondas on track that night. Check out on the KH website to see when they have more open nights. I prefer these nights compared to the MU ones as it's less busy and usually more experienced folk about. The MU One last year had so many red flags and was quite off putting. I dunno if I'm doing anymore this year but I'll see how things go!

@Biscuit yeee love the noise man, makes you appreciate it more. So no rush in getting a new system soon. Also deliberately got an external mic as you can see it taped onto the dash

Love it. Looks and sounds awesome. Was looking forward to seeing this on track until I found out you were out on Tuesday and not Thursday. Another time I'm sure
