neptune ecu question

Hi all not sure if anyone can help. I bought a ecu off a member on here a bit back. Just come round to looking at using it as I've been building a new engine. The ecu has neptune installed I thought there would be a usb port but unfortunately not. There is a sst chip on the board. Who out there can map this? Am I going to have to pay another license fee to neptune or will any tuning shop be able to map this as it is?

Romain at AR Tech is pretty hot on neptune, thats what im getting in a few months time.

Any Neptune dealer will be able to read the Eprom chip and tell you if it contains a file created with Neptune software.

Ok great thanks I'm building a b20 vtec. What is the best approach to drive it to a tuner? I have a b18c ecu and injectors. Could I run it on them to get it there safely? If I post off the ecu can someone put a bass map on it with out having it on the car
