Are ek9 and ek4 non abs prop valves the same ?

AFAIW they're the same. Tegiwa sell OEM Honda 40/40 prop valves if needed

Try to get a used one, FAR cheaper than buying a new one! @eternal blue 2000 sometimes has them.
