hi. I have dc2 wheels 98 spec on my ek. I have 205/45/16 tyre on them and I don't like how they look. I think the 205 is to thin on dc2 wheels. I need some more wide tyre, like 215 or even 225.
is anyone from here use dc2 wheels with wide tires?
any pictures?

98 spec dc2 wheels are 7j I'm assuming?
Could possibly run a 215 and some do run 225 on a 7 although I'm not quite convinced it's a great idea.
 
Wouldn't run 215/225 on a 7 IMO
I'm on 205 on a 15x7 now it's looks to be just about max haha

 
IF the rim is 7" wide then 215 will be fine, 225 would be safe but possibly not great handling wise.
 
the rim is 16x7. the dc2 come with 215/45/16 from factory. I just want some pictures with the 215 or the 225 with these rim
 


cant find any good shots, but that's 215/45/16. tire sits slightly out from flush with the rim but this depends on the brand of tire as some will have a thinker wall than others. for a 7J tire 205 and 215 are both recommended as the idea width. I've always run with 215 with no issues.
