It's it on around 70,000 miles then?

It's 111k in miles, so about 170k in km if I remember correctly.

Bit of the random question but does this have the fold up seats like the newer jazz?

Also any more pics of inside and the boot.

Not sure how the seats are in the newer jazz, but the rear seats do fold up. Yes I can get you more pictures tomorrow, I'll also get some demonstrating the folding seats.
