since I change my standard fuel pump (stock b16) to a 255 walbur fuel pump it feels like the car has gone slower :/ any ideas why? ..., is. This normal or has the b16 stock fuel pump got a better response?

Shouldn't have made any difference

Why is the ORIGNAL one capable for the turbo?

Up to a point.
Fitting a larger pump won't make an instant difference to how the car feels (or atleast it shouldnt) it's not like a bolt on part that frees up hp, it just allows you to pump more fuel(doesn't mean that it is currently)

So shall I leave the 255 walburb fuel pump fitted or e change it back to the ORIGNAL b16 one? Sorry never had a b series turbo so just looking for the best advices from the experienced members

Keep the walbro pump in. I'd check that it's fitted correctly but it shouldn't make the car feel slower.

I asked a Tunning place n they said it's because the pump u have fitted is not tuned in the ecu that's why it's struggling on fuel pressure

What fuel pressure regulator is on the car? How does the tuning place know its struggling with fuel pressure?

Assuming same reg as before surely the pressure would remain the same? All I can think of is old pump wasn't holding rail pressure and now the new pump is.

What is the regulator? Stock, aftermarket? If its a stock one it could be failing. Having a new pump behind it has maybe thrown it over the edge.

Also thinking of servicing the turbo but unsure for what spark plugs and fuel filter to go with? Will the original fuel pump be okay or would I need a after market one?

The only way to know is check the fuel pressure. It is detailed in the Honda manual. as for plugs go with NGK BCPR7ES or BCPR8ES cheap and reliable.
A new Stock fuel filter will do the job nicely.
As for the fuel pump, its been in there over 15 year so having a new one can only help.

He says he's changed it to a walbro 255 already.
