Is there a roll cage with FIA paperwork?

as in topic im interested in jdm integra dc1/dc2 rolling shell, it would be great to have 98 spec shell, but first RUST FREE. it has to have all body parts just like in a picture: I would consider to buy a car with a rollcage, but it has to have FIA paperwork ;) pm me with offers.
