What about the Knob getting overheated when leaving the car in the sun for a while?

I'm asking cause I have 1 those Knob, (NOT from MFactory) blue color aluminium, and it gets extremely hot when I leave the car for 30 minuts in the sun. I can't touch the Knob. It burns!
