Looking sweet mate.

So jelouse of all the cool ass rare parts you fitting to this. Cant wait to see it finished and tuned.

What specs have you decided on for the JRSC?

Im slowly gathering parts for my build. Was going to forge the ITR motor I have in mine but I managed to pick up a spare C4 to use instead.

Keep the updates coming :nice:

I've ended up usinga 3.4" nose, MVM stepper, and B16 crank pulleys. Should net me just under 12psi, taking into account the pressure drop I'll get through the LHT cooler.

If you need belt sizes when you're putting yours together, give me a shout. Although, your nose cone belt will be longer if you're using a 4" nose cone.

Kev.

Yea I was starting to wonder where I was going to get belts as I dont think the belts you gave me off the B16 setup will be long enough with the taller block. Plus they have gone a bit dry now lol.

I will give you a shout when I get round to the point of starting to build as It will be a while off yet. Just bought a bare rolling EG shell to strip and prep as a track/hill climb car to enter N/A 1600 classes so have to fund both builds at the moment and find a new garage to fit them in to build. My SC EG6 will be kept for mostly road and Ring trips

12psi Sounds Nuts.

Just wondered as you would be the guy in the know. How many B series JRSC cars/ builds do you know of in the UK/Ireland.

One of my favorite EG's ever, looks so purposeful and the power to back it up! Those Toyo T1R's just don't look right in that pic need something sticky!

Holy ****.... thats how i'd an EG.. bloody epic looking. hope all goes well for you with the engine build. :nice:

Yeh man, by the time the cars built, it wont be seeing much action to need the proper sticky tyres. These will do to get me into the new year!

What an incredible eg, very nice parts id say it owes you a pretty penny! Get up a video of it when you can, can't wait for more updates! :)

very nice dude! hate to think how much you've spent on it, but it looks like it's worth every penny :)

Took some pictures to explain myself a little better. Its quite tight for space in behind the bumper especially with the oil cooler there too! I just took a feed from an ignition live source for the pump but I thought about hooking it up to the rear fog switch so it's not on all the time? The difference it makes is unreal, even just to touch, the manifold is far cooler than before. Currently using a mix of Water, antifreeze and water wetter. Looking forward to seeing what difference it makes when its mapped.

Finished cleaning up the interior too. Fitted my boost gauge just to make sure its boosting to what it should be according to the Veris calculator. no belt slip as yet, but wont really be able to tell until I give it some stick! Should be between 11 and 12 psi!!

Really need my rear diffuser back on. The back bumper looks stupid without it!
