All im sayin is lad that if you were doin 40 and I was doin 60 id be round ye lol
 
did you get her tested in the end lad mines up tomoro only thing went in her was a cv boot and a wheel bearin
 
Okay here we go and it is about time :D I only to get at the car at the weekends as I am working all week and never get the time :( I started by striping the car down inside as I plan to paint it when I have the of the car painted. This didn't take me long the whole inside was out in a hour and that was me stopping to chat to my friend to :D it was the most simplest car I have ever striped.

As the night went on I had loads of time to start taking all the bumpers off and really get the car down to the bear tin :) I started with the front half as it really is so easy to do.

so that was the car striped down now all I had to do was to paint all the bumpers and all the rest of the small things to put them away untile the car is ready :)

Good work mate :nice: do all ek9's have all that sound proofing in the boot? Mine dosnt have any in the rear?

Naw they don't come with any as far as I know. Mine is coming out when I paint the inside of the car :nice:
 
Some more updates[/COLOR] okay since I last put up pictures I have been flat out getting my car out for the Donegal rally :) after striping the car down I went on and pulled out the engine it wasn't a hard job it only took about 2 hours to do so

now that I had the engine out I could start with the body work :)

The first thing I did was got all the small parts of the car like bumpers and door handles ready for painting :clap:

After being sanded and under coated and sanded again I could finally set up for painting :)

I got rid of the cold air dead that was on the front bumper as I was sick of looking at it :nice:

Once everything was finished input it away so that it wouldn't get marked

The next thing to do was to clean the engine so I could paint it wile it was out :)

For the Car Culture Live? Yea it will two minds to do the drag racing or just get the polish out and park it up. Do u know if you have to book for both of them??:thanks:

I wanna do the drag strip myself but I don't know if the cars ready!
I don't actually know how it works lad booking wise, maybe DoSvtec can shed the light here lol
 
love this forum always good work bein carried out on cars rather than ppl postin about a new fake lca they have bought
