Had an uncontrollable itch that needed scratching.
Managed to get a discount on a trackday at brands on the 16th Jan.
According to "motorsport weather" on google it's dry all day so hopefully that holds off and I can play about with the brake bias and test a new alignment properly.
Still very cold day so I expect abit of sideways!
Must also remember to pull the dizzy timing back alittle bit since I advanced it a hair the other week. Not a risk I fancy taking on track!
Infiltrated my parents garage whilst they where off shopping to put my track wheels on and fiddle with alignment alittle. Love the civic on its track wheels!
I've backed the camber off abit and now I fear I'll be smashing the arches all day with the 225s on the front. I have a gypsy fab solution but I'm not sure it's going to be enough tbh, this will be pictured when the parts arrive. Ghetto isn't really the word for this tbh lol

It's pretty basic and your probably well beyond it but interesting all the same

I find it refreshing to go over the basics after a while of hardcore research.
Helps cement the info into your mind.
I'm stuck between learning hondata first or going moates demon and tuning on Neptune or something.
I think hondata may be the better option to learn on but I need a new ecu for that.
More money spent lol

Socketed p28.
I'm going to want to keep it for a while, whilst I build up a tune on the s300 I can just throw the p28 back in for trackdays etc.

Let me now when you want rid of it mate :) My P30's fine but would like to get it mapped at some point haha

Was reading up on the v3 s300 ,some piece of kit
Love the bluetooth also for engine feedback,
Wish you well ,seems very technical but there is lots of
Information on the net for beginners,
I would be afraid that I'd do damage to my engine,
:nerv:

I've got this self confidence(read over confidence) that tells me I CAN do anything I put my mind to0.
If I damage the engine I'll build another one,(I couldn't build engines in 2014) I'm hoping I can gather the knowledge and equipment for that not too happen but

Haha great attatude, and my hats off to you
Only way to learn is by doing,
You've come a long ways since 2014 so .
Tells me also that you will nail it .

I'll certainly give it my best shot. Helps when you've got enthusiasm for it..

Sure does! Love doing something that I enjoy and will,
In the long run, mybe put few bob in the pocket,
That would be a bonus to doing something
You love .
