Is there any way to test the one i have on there at the moment? I looked at the youtube vid and the guy basically had to break it apart to find the fault?

I gess a handy way to see if the fault is in the reel without taking it out is to put a 2.2oh .5 w resistor in the plug that go's to the reel . Then reset srs and if all is well its deffo the reel. You need resistor with 2 gold band and 2 red .
There only 5 cents each or something.
 
Give this a read jump down the page to were it says
SRS jumper .
You don't need to cut your plug like he did ,
Just place resistor in the back of the plug into the wire .
Iv also resistors but you should have no problems
Finding some .

Mate...were you going to add an attachment? Or what should i read??
I'll try and source a resistor, I'll pop in the local auto, diesel, electrical garage and ask...thanks
 
Also make sure none of your plugs popped loose .make sure the yellow one in the fuse box is in its place it's behind the pull down panel.

Hi mate, managed to get hold of one but.....its 2.2ohm .6w
Will this be ok to use still?

Sorry mate only seen this now , yeah that be good also
Put it on and I'm sure it will be fine as iv used something similar to that before.
 
Got new rubber on the summer wheels, will be sticking them on for Japfest :nice:
Looking forward to the drive in the morning to Silverstone to see how they feel.....and having a blast in some nice dry weather :drive:

Really liking the feel of the ad08r's....alot like the Bridgestone RE11's that were on it when imported, way better than the winter wheels with RS3's on and the soft side walls...o_O
 
@DMEK9 We're probably the only ones with 195/55/15 AD08s, not many people buy tyres in the OEM size :lol:

What's the plans over the summer?
