Reverse is always a b*tch, have you tried going into 1st gear than back to reverse? That should make life easier.

I think it's the wiring harness that is causing the problem for the CEL.

Torco is the way to go. ^_^

I use Torco gearbox fluid.. heard problems with Honda MTF combined with carbon synchros.

Depends, you can find a breaking UK spec 98 Integra and buy the FD or as above post but the 4.9 FD, it a better upgrade for track days :)

It's the best OEM upgrade you can do mate, it's fantastic.
