It feels great with the new innovate gear linkage, super tight for a b series anyway. Have had a shot of an ek9 with new oem setup and that felt nice also. Just personal preference, I like the shifter setup I've chosen as it looks great and is super notchy.

Good run in the car at the weekend, I am so lucky to live in the Highlands of Scotland. These cars are made for roads like this!

I believe the plate recess/holder vibrates on the tailgate and causes it to wear away the paint then rust! I was lucky as mine was fine just needed cleaned and touched up.

Bit of progress today, been meaning to remove the rear plate recess for absolutely ages to check in behind it as they are bad for rust. Like the rest of the car, no real corrosion to be found. All cleaned, polished and a few areas painted after rust converter and etch primer. Much much better...

Sick to be able to get them together! Shame bout the damn weather.

Not much of an update but did a bit of tidying up last night, front wing bolts and headlight bracket bolts replaced with silver zinc hardware. What a difference some nice new bolts make, fresh zinc is the one!

Thanks man! Lots more still to do! Aesthetically the car won't change much now but plenty upgrades to come inside, underneath and under the bonnet.

Shiny EK9 during a B-road blast!! Can't get enough of it now it's got the OEM rear bumper. I have so many plans to further improve the car but funds are incredibly limited just now sadly so may aswell just try and enjoy it!

Thanks!! Wanna buy it?? Hahaha. Yeah I agree like with a much more aggressive overall setup it would be good but with the look I'm going for at the moment it just looked so out of place. Yeah man it's a sick whip, good clean example too. Has some really nice parts.
