    I had a stock ITR one in my teggy, with a stage 1 exedy clutch kit, made 320bhp (fly) and didnt have any issues what so ever... it returned me 38mpg on motorway driving 80mph, 20+mpg average and 12.3 sec 1/4 mile at pod =D

    Roll your arches (borrow an arch roller and do it yourself) or just camber your wheels, but be warned your inner tyres will be eaten like no tomorrow

    go for B18C4 complete engine lower compression.. sell your current setup and turbo up

    16" fill the arches better, little slower acceleration but if you turbo your car then 16" are better!! XP

    do a prelude front caliper conversion and use MG ZS 282mm front brake discs. Mine bolted straight on =D
