Recently I have started to get back into fixing my car which has a spun bearing. We haven't taken the engine apart but I plan to go full bottom end rebuild anyways. What would be the best parts for the engine going little bit past OEM spec? A list with prices would be appreciated Thank you!
I have a B16B head that has a bent valve and I was wondering if there was a b16 head rebuild guide somewhere and if these parts will be better in the long run if I want to go turbo. Thank you!

Thread is dead but I have something to say. After all this time the car is just sitting there, waiting to be driven again. I contacted one of my buddies and he says its the head that is knocking. We pulled each spark plug to check which cylinder is the one with the thrown rod but none of them...
I'll try getting pictures asap. We would probably pull the engine and put a new one in so the car can run. Once the engine will be fixed, we will swap it again.
Okay so it is the bottom end. What would be the parts to rebuild the bottom end? Money doesn't matter to me as much because I have time. Anything I should get to fix it?
Found shavings in the oil the other day. The cost of fixing the engine would be at least $1,000 the mechanic says. Don't have the money right now. Guessing I'm kinda screwed right now lol.
Right when I was about to go ahead and pull it to the garage, my father wanted to go take it for a test run with new oil, so we did.. and now the noise got louder and worst. I don't want to start the engine so now it's time to take apart the head and see what's wrong.
