alot of the lads down here take the standard ones, take out the bump strip and fill it with fillers and spray over it.. we've compared them with th ek9s and its just as good!! DON'T TRY IT YOURSELF IF U DUNNO HOW TO DO IT!!!! i learned the hard way :L

currently my ek4 has a standard manifold startin to look a little worse for wear.. and as for my intake:nono:bought with a halfords air filter... NOT GOOD!!!:nono: can someone just tell me which would be best suited for the ek4 :please: there are a few aftermarket bits done to it...
