So it's all sorted. I put a jumper cable from the the starter motor housing straight to the body and it started. So I bought a really thick cable and put it from the bolt on the starter motor to the gearbox straight to the suspension fixing. So happy it wasn't anything more serious.
Thank you, you are too kind. So I have checked the ignition switch and that works fine. I cleaned all the earths and they all have good continuity now. Could it be the ecu? How can I test that?
Definitely don't have any missing, he car ran great about a month ago, now this. Will take them all off and make are they are not corroded. Could it not be the ignition switch?

Thanks mate, it has changed a bit from when I bought it. I cut out the old gille as I am going to be putting some aftermarket stuff it when I get a chance. Also have a first molding lip rep to go on, again when I get a chance.
