We have done many B20 turbo's with great results.

Firstly I must apologize I haven't really read all this thread. But we made 450hp on a B16 with high comp pistons in it. (N/a forged). It was on pump fuel. I don't know the exact CR as we didn't build the engine, but it was certainly over 12:1.

This could be more down to high EGT's than the manifold to be honest. Give me a call we can get to the route of the problem.

On a B20? Our basic kit would be on full boost under 3000rpm's.

Most of the time I would favour a B18c4 head over the B18c head. However it isn't for any reasons mentioned in this thread. I'd certainly take the B18c4 over B18c in stock form to turbo. I would also say "forge" if you must the B18c, purely from a financial point of view. B18c4 cam's are also...
