Very good. What is your issue Kam? Have I meet you? Is there an underlying problem?

    Does this seem fair?

I tried to call him a couple of times but he was too busy sorting his holiday. We are building the turbo for when he returns and will come to a resolution then. As said previously it isn't a warranty claim but we are trying to help Shaun out. Just to be clear to others it wasn't Race...

    Does this seem fair?

I can only see emails till I'm back at work. I sent you an email 23 July at 17.03 with a breakdown of the price. This is how you knew the amount to pay. I'm glad you was happy, and I'm sure you will be again when the car is back up and running. As said previously. I think there is an issue...

    Does this seem fair?

He hasn't asked for one apart from on this thread. I'm not at work, tomorrow i'll send him one. I haven't had any emails from Shaun, that I can check now, and the last was received on the 16/6/13.

Sorry Shaun, I was replying to somebody else (see the quote in that reply) I'm obviously not at work so can't give the exact figures now, I've no idea where you got the valves idea from but; Remove head, Skim Headgasket Gen Honda seals Gen Honda Thermostat ARP Head studs Recut seats...

    Does this seem fair?

Hello Chris, The person you are talking about will probably be making a U turn on those statements as they turned out to be completely incorrect. I know you haven't intended, but jumping on the bandwagon like that doesn't help anybody. Again and sorry to pick on you, but when tuning an...

He had an an emailed copy of the invoice before paying the bill. A paper copy wouldn't be an issue. I'm signing off here now so will not be replying.

Glad your happy Kieth. Glad it still going well. Our kits have a very good reliability in general, backed with UK warranty. There are issues from time to time, but almost all have an external influence. Lots of people think the 3 year warranty covers the whole car. The car still needs...

    Does this seem fair?

I'll just reply to you, there are only 3 of our customers in this thread, the rest just jump on the bandwagon. Firstly and most importantly, the turbo kit has a 3 year warranty but the turbo has 3 months. (check website for details) I offered a cost price solution to fix the issue. Although it...

    High compression turbocharged engines.

I'll pull up the details. The off boost torque was good. Obviously on boost wouldn't be massively different from another 450hp turbo car. (lower if anything) You would gain more from changing cam's. I.e. Moving the power down the RPM range, or massively more from changing to a better...

TO TURBO or NOT TO TURBO

We have done many B20 turbo's with great results.

    High compression turbocharged engines.

Firstly I must apologize I haven't really read all this thread. But we made 450hp on a B16 with high comp pistons in it. (N/a forged). It was on pump fuel. I don't know the exact CR as we didn't build the engine, but it was certainly over 12:1.

    GoAutoworks ? or Other

This could be more down to high EGT's than the manifold to be honest. Give me a call we can get to the route of the problem.

    GoAutoworks ? or Other

On a B20? Our basic kit would be on full boost under 3000rpm's.

    b18c6 turbo questions

Most of the time I would favour a B18c4 head over the B18c head. However it isn't for any reasons mentioned in this thread. I'd certainly take the B18c4 over B18c in stock form to turbo. I would also say "forge" if you must the B18c, purely from a financial point of view. B18c4 cam's are also...
