    返信ありがとうございます。 現時点では溶接の必要はないと思いますが、数ヶ月様子を見て溶接するかどうか判断したいと思います。 雨でもドライブできるようになったので楽しみたいと思います!

It has been a long time since my last post, but I finally finished the repair. I ended up riveting 0.8mm galvanized steel plate and sealing it with lots of panel bond. It will probably last 3 years... The next step will be to all paint. (This will be done by a professional company).

Thank you for your valuable advice! My current idea is to cut a large piece of the rusted floor and rivet a panel bonded steel plate to it, but I would like to consider the method of welding steel plate and then applying the panel bond later. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for replys. Yes, I am very lucky. A collector was selling EK9 in poor condition when he was adding to his new collection. I also own an older Nissan Silvia of the same age, but EK9 is very labor intensive. I feel my love for the EK9 deepens with each time it takes that much labor...

Thanks for the replys. My plan is to rivet 0.8mm steel plate. (Welder is available, but I am afraid of affecting the ECU and meter cluster, so I opted for the riveted repair.) I am currently working on the rear performance rods and will next start on the floor repair.

A few months ago I got a badly rusted EK9 for $3000. The floor has a large hole in it due to corrosion and I am looking to fix this, first. I am having a hard time finding many parts here in Japan as well. I'm sure I will ask a lot of questions. PS: Sorry for my bad english

    JDM Honda EPC

Hello! I am a newbie recently started repairing E-EK9. http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/EPC/ I would like to download Japanese honda EPC but the link seems to be dead. Does anyone know a link to "Honda JDM EPC.zip"? thanks
