Hey guys... had a bit of a mishap with my 9 earlier this year when someone decided to pull out on me down a country lane at night with no lights on. I opted for the ditch rather than a full on rear end shunt with said car. As you can see above it took a bit of knock to the offside rear quarter and drivers door. All the damage is superficial in the sense that the chassis is still straight and its only really the tin work thats bent, all glass still in tact, door still closes flush etc.

I've now re-shelled my running gear and interior into a new facelift shell as a good one came up the week after it happened and it seemed the best option in terms of time spent to get a car back on the road again.

As it stands the damaged shell still has:
- Front subframe inc. full rack w. PS pump (also have the full steering column from rack to wheel as well).
- All glass (front window has a large crack a across the bottom from prior to the incident)
- Bootlid with plate recess (minus spoiler + base)
- Electric window motors
- Full interior wiring loom
- Handbrake + rear cables
- Front and rear brake lines + abs pump.

I had initially intended on breaking fully and scrapping the shell but had second thoughts after reading a few other stories of folk bringing much worse cases back from the beyond!

Alongside the above that is still on the car I've also got:
- Full facelift front end...bonnet, wings, grille, bumper, lip and lights all in VGC (ideal for a conversion/repair)
- Full EK9 5x114 hub and brake swap (262 rears and 282 fronts) stop tech discs and pads on the front with OEM rear discs and brembo pads.
- Left + right side skirts
- Rear bumper and lip

If the money is right and someone wants the lot then that would be my preference. That being said I will be happy to put names down for individual parts or bundles i.e hub / brake swap or the full front end swap but please dont message me asking for a offside headlight or a single brake caliper!

The shell itself will also come with a clean log book...not recorded as written off, HPI clear etc.

Any questions just drop me a PM and i'll try to get back to you ASAP.
I've also got various other parts to go up in a separate thread when I get time to take pics inc. a pair of red Recaros, Fujitsubo b pipe, standard EK9 suspension, water hoses and a couple of other small bits but again happy to work a few deals with people who want multiple parts.

Cheers for looking :)

Would you consider selling the rear tinted glass? Happy to have both sides ☺

Pm me price on car as it is please, an some more pics
Pm'd you. Colby
Replied to both, thanks for the interest everyone.
Would be great to see it back on the road if someone had the time / skill but even if not and the bits help someone else get theirs sorted then its all worth while.
If you wanted a cheap track car with a bit of pedigree and you arent fussed about showcar bodywork it would be ideal.

If anyone's thinking of buying it full or as a shell, that could shell could be saved and would be worth doing, You can get a rear quarter panel from Honda for around 350£.

This is it man, it would be a shame to see it broken up but the options are there if people are interested in doing it.

Just to update on the overall condition of the car... apart from the damage the shell is in fairly good nick, it had been undersealed on arrival to the UK in 2008 and was then topped up again with dinitrol back in 2013, think ive got the receipt for this in my paperwork somewhere. The rear arches were also treated / painted back in October 2016. There is some minor surface rust in the bay but nothing structural by any means, there is also a small patch on the drivers floor pan where it had a leak caused by the rain channel drain tube getting blocked up and re-routing itself inside. Nothing serious and again not structural (see pics below)
:thanks:

How much you looking for?
Pm me an offer mate...From the interest I've had its looking likely it will sell as a package in the hope that someone repairs to rebuild it back up rather than being broken and scrapped.
Got lots of people waiting on more pictures - going to get this done tonight when I get home and will update the thread with these ASAP.

Thanks everyone for your patience :)

Just got the car out, washed and got about 40 pics... probably a few too many to upload but if you are interested please pm me with a number and I can whatsapp them over on.

Cheers :)

Few pics of the car as she stands, bonnet, grille and bumper just thrown on for effect, hence silly looking panel gaps!

What kind of price are you looking for? No point everyone pm'ing you just say what you're looking for and that'll tell if people are interested or not.

I could very well be interested and I've already priced up a new quarter but want to know a price for the car.

I dont have a set price in mind mate thats why im open to offers! Not being difficult or cagey but it works both ways... if you know what you are prepared to pay for the lot to make it viable for you then ping me an offer and I can only say no cant I!

I've got people interested in the hub/brake set up for £450... full front end conversion at £600 and someones even offered £400 for just the vin and log book (for obvious reasons not being recorded as written off) so that lot is £1450 but if you wanted to take the lot i'd happily take less for the convienience of dealing with one buyer whether it be delivered or collected etc etc.
