After having both in my eg9 i would recommend a 4.7 fd over a 4.9fd. the 4.9 was overkill , very bad for everyday driving. if your thinking of gettin an oem 98 spec box, get an s4c 4th gear for it and leave 5th standard for motorway. if your box is good tho youd be better off just get an...

Thanks lads . I got the bolts done in galvotech in Shannon. Got 159 done in total (pretty much every bolt bar the small engine bay ones which I'm sickened I didn't get done aswel now ) really happy with how they turned out . They Charged 120e for the lot so definately cheaper than buying...

thanks lads. did a small bit tonight , cleaned up the steering rack, changed inner and outer tie and track rod ends and changed the bushings for poly ones was pretty dirty cleaned up fairly well new tie rod , track rod fitted and boot refitted not a great pic for the other side...
