well they are honda center caps but Im pretty sure you know that lol... out of what honda they came from or what size are they?.. i have no idea i went to a local shop i saw them i try them on and they fit perfectly kinda got lucky i would say lol... ill ask what size they are and ill let you...

yes it is a APC strut bar... i personaly think that the honda center caps look better than the enkei ones since one.. they sit fat on the rim center and the enkei ones stick out a little bit.. i dont really like that... plus the rims already come with enkei stickers dont need more enkei logos...
