After going through loads of fuses to try and diagnose the part failing, it was the unit in the drivers door..... removed it now its fine :naughtyx:

There is nothing visible all looks fine....

As said, since respray the central locking fuse and the interior light fuse keep blowing when trying to lock car with key or alarm fob..... Any ideas? I have checked all the rods for excess resistance but seem to be ok.... running out of ideas :nono:

could there be air in your cooling system? Try running the car at full temperature with the front of the car raised up with the radiator cap off, this will force any air in the system to the highest point which is the top of the radiator. You should see some bubbles coming out hopefully :nice:

You ever thought about putting a connection on the sump for the oil temperature, been told this is the best place for it?? This would reduce you to 1 sandwich plate instead of 2?? Just a thought :run:
