what spring rates are you running?
i've just installed Feels Aragosta's with swift springs 18F and 14 R.
MYGOD are they stiff..
p.s. why don't you rev match when you down shift?
i've got the exact same setup.but im using J's Stainless steel instead of titanium.J's intake(heat shielded) ,stock 18cr except for adjustable cam pulleys.
chrom pro tuned with RON 95. i got 189Whp and 19 kg/m of turque.
my stock 18cR with breather mods ,2.5" exhaust sys ,with cam pulleys installed and cams overlapped got me 191Whp (est 220bhp) 19kg/m of torque .this is with 31degree C ambient temp.
that would make my tuned NA engine's PI at 865...
WOO HOoo
Im sorry to say this but i think you bought FAKE items
genuine skunk 2 bushing has only 5 slots in it.
fake items have 8 slots.
From where i come from these taiwanese / chinese items are abundent.
one have to be very careful.
ive attached some pic to illustrate
wazer,
could you pls measure your te37 inner diameter for me.
i'm interested in the superlite. but need to confirm fitment to my rims.
thanks in advance
thanks for the write up.. finally made some sense.
could it also increase the strength of the shocks.. e.g for rally purpose?
so basically it's pointless for an ek9

and what are the pros and cons of inverted shocks?
guys,
will be installing TODA B's soon. just want to know if the TODA cam pulleys are necessary. heard stories that due to the cam's higher lift and aggressive toda spring will make the timing belt snap or jump tooth.
i too just encountered this problem yesterday. It was fine a b4 that . now my car idles at 1100 rpm and no vtec. i've checked my oil level , engine temp switch is ok. no idea what happened.
the b20b has very weak con rods. PLS for the love of god , if you want to rev past 8k . pls go for H beam con rods and do a full crank balancing.
i've seen so many b20b destroyed due to the con rods giving way.
brian. not that i want to be a spoil but i think you should heel and toe/rev match. that way the down shift "shock" will not damage your g/box and the block will last a lot longer.
