hi guys im replacing the bottom end of my b16a2 engine in my ek for a b20z1, iv done a fair bit of research into these and people say you do and dont need certain things and seems a lot of confusion to be honest? some say you need to use b18 cams and a blockguard and you must have arp rod bolts...

hia guys iv got a 96 ej, i converted it to a b16a2 last year and now as im lookin for higher torque(n/a) im going to do a b20z/b build as i find you have to permanently thrash a b16 to get it going haha Im doing the engine build myself as im a mechanic, i have no trouble with this side of it...

just wondering is removing my air con from my civic coupe b16 literally just a case of unbolt and get rid? ive followed the hoses from the a/c rad down to the pump then to were they go under the battery im asuming i just unbolt from here? and remove the lot? and am i looking at any bhp gains??
