    Paint Stripper

I used Nitromors (new formula) 2 years ago and it worked alright. However there were some sections that took some time to scrape off. I think if you are trying to find some powerful commercial paint strippers it will be hard to get due to EU regulations.

    Ek9 OEM Stickers

I have replaced the ones on mine a few years ago with the Tegiwa replicas and I couldn't see any difference. After all these years they still look great although they have gone up in price since.

    Suspension bolts

Have you tried places like demon-tweeks? Surely they will have them or know where to get them from.

    Suspension bolts

I think it will differ from person to person. At my local Honda, the parts guy doesn't seem to know much apart from looking at diagrams to find the part number etc. When I needed a replacement bolt I just brought in another bolt and they found it for me.

    Ek9 Rockingham Track Preparation

You can do a custom silencer, we did this for a friend of mine with a 110 dBa exhaust on his rx7. It was basically smaller tail pipe bolted in his stupidly large diameter exhaust and it brought it back down to around 95dBa static. Silverstone doesn't have a static noise test, only a drive by...

    Ek9 Rockingham Track Preparation

Since you are only doing a 20 minute session and that you have recently done an oil change, I would just check the fluid levels. I would also check if your car is mechanically sound, checking brakes, suspension etc. If you have a loud exhaust you might want to bring along a silencer just in case...

    Cam Cover Refurb

This is what I did to mine last week when I refurbished it. Just make sure the cover is dry afterwards, I used a heat gun to help with the drying.

    Matt's K20 CW EK9

I thought I would mention this, you cannot use aftermarket wheel nuts on OEM wheels unless you have a conversion washer, as the nut will not seat into the wheel properly due to the different shape (OEM being acorn shaped and most aftermarket are tapered). Even then I wouldn't use aftermarket...
