there is a conversion kit you can get from the US, i think basically a cable from your pedal hooks up to a master cylinder which hooks up to the box. have an ask on an ef civic/crx site as they also have cable as standard and like fitting s80 boxes

the 32mm and 36mm refers to the size of socket used on the nut on the end of the shaft. USDM shafts take take the 32mm nut and JDM the 36mm one if your shafts fit both sets and aren't loose then they must be both usdm or both jdm
