As above has anyone got up rated valve springs and retainers? Skunk2, Brian crower etc etc need them to run my Brian crower stage 2 cams. Cheers

I have a set of Brian crower stage 2 cams. would I be safe enough to run standard valve springs/retainers? if not would skunk2 valve springs/retainers be ok instead of buying Brian crower ones? it's also a b16a2 that they'll be goin in :) cheers

Ok thinkin about taking my Jordan on the track next Sunday at knockhills japfest. Only thing is I think my car will be too loud! I'm running a Megan racing manifold, decat, spoon b pipe silencer and a spoon n1. Has anyone ever been on track with a similar setup to mine and its been ok? Cheers

Right Im thinkin on puttin my Jordan back to standard and would need the followin. Rear shocks and springs. Manifold and silencer. Also lookin for a clutch if Anyone has a decent used one. Cheers
