Hi all my next car is going to be another ek and i want to turbo it over a period of time buying bit by bit i would like at least 260bhp but ideally 300bhp but i need some help on what engine the b16 or b18 and how much £ 300bhp would roughly cost me :D any help appreciated

yes (he sorted it out) snapped immobilizer off and it was fine.

hi people just wondering if a p2y ecu will work with my b16a2 civic ek vti 1997? ive had problems with it hitting the limiter at 7k and ive done some research but the only cars that seem to have the p2y ecu is the civic ek3 vti which are 1.5 vtecs and the delsol 1.5vtec :S so im thinking this...

hi people its not really a problem but its annoying me quite a bit now basically ive got a civic ek was a 1.5ls now its a b16a2 vtec and the gearbox came with it but basically it seems so close ratio? 1st seems fine and does near on 40 when vtecs working and i think 2nd and 3rd would be ok to...

hi people done an engine conversion to my ek civic from a d15 to a b16a2 and its all fine bar afew little problems but it only seems to rev to 7thousand revs? when ive been told it should go to 8thousand maybe even 8200? any ideas on what this could be as ive changed plugs the oil etc but no change

fair dude. yh its all in and running mate is only revving to 7k tho when the vtecs should be 8200 lol but will be sorted :D

alright mate did u change the gearbox on this vti engine at all as its proper close ratio lol and also when did it last have a service?
