Elchuck..... I know they offered thats not in dispute! My intention was I always wanted to keep the spoiler! But they kept changing the story of what they wanted me to do, and what they were going to do. And in the end I lost all faith. They promised to refund including the return postage...

I appreciate the comments guys, I really didn't feel I'm being outta order. It wasn't even a cheap spoiler I could understand if it was! The fact is the spoiler is a nice bit of kit, it's the baseplate and the fittings that are absolutley crap! That and the fact that what he wants me to do...
