I've got a original pully with the PS and AC parts cut off by a local place. Engine was fully balanced mind and I've had no problems with it whats so ever. Its a 87 civic no PS and AC wasn't even an option so a no brainer for me

Have a look round on the net to see if you can buy the arches to weld in will save a lot of time trying to make them up

I've got a v2 on my 87 civic with a b18. Has a silencer in the middle and its very loud. Good though in sound appreciation zones

Also try lift the clutch in neutral, makes it easier in mine

Check you have the correct plug on the TPS and haven't switched them over with the map sensor. Check you have the little gasket on the TPS too and MAP.
