Sounds like a good plan to buy an EP3 and part it out. It is pretty expensive to swap a K into an EK. Motor, Trans, ECU, Hondata, Mounts, harness, linkage, axles, exhaust, ect. If you have the time and money to get an EP3 for the motor and trans, then part the rest, you should manage pretty well.
