Gents, I'm building a suspension dynamics calculator / spreadsheet, it's 99% finished and I'm looking to finalize a few EK9 suspension weight and angle measurements before I can consider it finished. I don't fancy stripping the car down to weigh parts so I'm hoping someone's already done it...

Just out of interest; Are there any marks / differences that identify these prop valves vs the standard one ive got in my rear drummed EJ9? Thanks Matt

I have a similar issue on my EJ9 mate, my brake prop valve looks the same as yours yet I had no rear discs until i converted. apparantly the one you need if off an early integra non-abs all-disc. i get the feeling they'll all look the same...no-one has confirmed if there's a stamped...

i hung mine for quite awhile to get them nice and straight again then polished the **** out of them with some proper plastic polish...sent them back to new ;-)

you shouldn't have any problems mate, easiest thing to do is pull the wire from the ecu multiplug, try it and check voltage. if it's what you want and no CEL codes then leave it out, if not put it back ;-)

if you cut the ALTC wire that should stop the alternator dropping into 12v mode.

if you're not needing to adjust camber have you thought about simply pressing out the balljoints and replacing them? I'm pretty sure they press out with a little bit of force and a phone call to a few local motorfactors will locate you a pair of new ball joints, the correct size and taper...
