    You need interior temperature sensor together with the outside temperature sensor and the sunbeam sensor only if you have digital auto climate control like the one in ek4 SIR it is not needed for your climate control to work properly

    I think it is the same with only difference being for RHD car. You don't need any sensors to make this climate control work in any USDM civic 99-00.
