My gearbox has started with a high pitch whining noise when in 3rd gear. Just changed to a close ratio 3rd &4th and at the same time I changed all the bearings. The whining only started 1 week ago and is at it´s worse in 3rd gear and a little in 4th gear. All the other gears are just fine, no...

it made a huge difference, the car pulls really good in 3rd and in 4th. before I had this feeling that the car slowed down after shifting from 2nd to 3rd but now she just pulls all the way through 3rd & 4th :nice: this is a mod that everyone should consider doing, it´s worth it. :drive:

went for 3rd -1.695 & 4th 1.384 (i think that´s what the ratio is). kept 5th as it is as i use the car daily and the higher revs in 5th would have driven me mad if i put in a close ratio 5th gear. I can live with this set up just fine, was just amazed with the difference in 3rd and 4th...

yesterday I put in a close ratio gear set and I still have a smile on my face :clap: So I would go for the close ratio gear set if you have the Budget for it :nice:

got it on the lower ones, when I received the shocks the ring was on the top slot but I moved it to the lower one to match the oem one.

Has anyone had problems with the Koni Yellows when fitting them. I ordered a set for my car but can´t get them to fit. The shock is 3cm longer compared to OEM ones. When the springs are fitted I can´t get the bottom of the shock to fit into the fork as it´s too long. If anyone else has...
