Can anyone advise what the above wheel size will be like on a lowered EJ9 Civic please.

Also what tyre size to go for.

I am thinking they may be too narrow.

pretty grim id imagine. the stock rim with is 6" i believe so you'd be loosing a good portion of contact patch and it would probably look weird with skinny wheels and tires fitted.

15x5 is even thinner than stock and they already look skinny to me. Would've thought you'd want 7"-8" width wheels with either 195 or 205 tyres. Depending how low you're going/offset etc
