I wondered while I was logging in if anything would have changed!
I used to be online daily
I haven’t been on here since I moved from Ireland to Australia 5 years ago! I looked at a few jap cars when I got here but decided against it, it’s just not the same here unless it’s V8
I Still have my ek9 in Ireland .it has nearly been forgotten about until our latest covid lockdown I’ve started searching all the old Honda forums I used to be active on, this one was always great for technical info, and it’s great I can still see all my old posts etc.
I Might look into bringing it over here someday. Some of the hillclimb and sprint events here would be good fun!

Crazy reading through old post after soo long.
Most of the forums I was originally on, have gone now. Still an EK9 owner though.

I have just sold my EK9 after owning one for more than 10 years. It was really sad to see it go and even as recently as last year I couldn’t imagine ever selling it, but I came to realize I will have very little time for track days in the future and it would be a shame to just let it sit. It didn’t take me long to find a suitable replacement though! I’ll still pop in from time to time I’m sure, I’ve spent literally days reading the forum. I’ve also kept my EK9.org mug :D anyway, here’s a photo of my new toy, different but absolutely awesome in its own right.

Great car mate. Personally still looking into buying a DC2, EK9 or FD2 again. My MX5 NC is lovely but the engine is shite. Prices are rising and we have a wonderfull new house so we'll see if it will ever be attainable again. Have fun with your car!

Joined back in 2011, currently have an eg6 and building a b18c that I would like to put into a ek9 preferably for track use.
Would also like to get a Dc5 if the right one pops up and use as a daily.
