This is going to be one clean car. Coming along nicely. Can't wait to see more. What type of red have you used to paint the front lower arms?


I it was just come smooth red hammerite man, came out ok :)

Maybe another time, im just building a track weapon really and somthing to keep my busy
 
Right then guys, did some more work :) finished the cage fully off and made some swaged gussets for my cage and gave her a full sprayed the inside of the car.

Also a good friend of mine matt coogan came down for a visit in his amazing dc2 track car! It has inspired me even more with my own car :)

Aslo machined my throttle body out and machined up a new adaptor for to allow it taper in from a larger diameter

Received my gauges though today and some braided hose.

Wasn't really sure with what dials to go with as im not into the whole bling bling check me dials out look, so when for a duel oil temp and pressure in one along with a boost gauge by race-tech.

I like racetec gauges, got some myself, the boost gauge should be on zero though!

Cheers man, i picked them up from ebay for just under £100 for both.Bit worried now as its been pointed out that the boost gauge should be really on its lowest point, well il only find out one way :)

I'm loving this build :clap: Those dials are really nice, especially the dual one, cage is awesome too :) I can't wait to see it finished :nice:
 
So jealous!!!! What you are doing is most likely a dream all of us CTR owners want to complete. I know I fully plan on doing something very similar when the time/money is available. Hopefully all the parts will still be around then haha. Keep up the awesome work and keep us informed. Thanks!
