Been on the look out for a 2nd car to run alongside the M3 for a bit - narrowed it down to an EP3 premier edition in cosmic grey........

There was alot about, but all a bit higher mileage than i wanted, then this beauty came up and i'm sure a few of you on here will recognise who i bought it from :secret: :D

Spec:

56k miles
immaculate
recent service (MTF / plugs / oil / all filters)
AC & sat nav
eibach springs
coated wheels
pre-facelift rear lights
wind deflectors

drove it back from Arbroath last night (good laugh in the pissing rain with my dad following in his C63 AMG), really really like it. gearchange is short and snappy, the K20 of course being nice and torquey etc, very tight car

plans? keep it clean and well serviced. will buy some scabby wheels to put snow tyres on for winter. engine bay needs a scrub up, will be doing the hondata airbox mod also to let it breath a bit better. also a set of yellow stuffs all round ASAP as the brakes are utter ding

M3 will probably be converted to clubsport spec over winter with a half safety devices cage and pair of red 3" schroth harnesses :)

good purchase there Steven :nice:

will even be frugal compared to the other beasts :p

Nice buy steven, agree 100% these drive realy nice and easy to drive compared to older hondas.

Look so much better with the pre-face tail lamps....

Quality man! Looks minted and glad you picked grey, my favourite colour in the ep3! Enjoy :nice:

nice steven

I thought john had given up on the Honda scene, recognised the plate straight away

great cars, had one very similar to that and loved it. They drive very well when they have been looked after properly

Do you still have the big Audi?

cheers!

the Audi was sold quite a while ago, just these 2 i have :nice:

Looks like a minter, whats old Wilkie up to these days anyway ? John if you read this get your ass back on here and say hello ya fud :p

Bleh, do nothing for me these type r's..

glad you like it though :nice:

M3 is looking niiiiiiiiiice dude.

drive one and you will think otherwise! all it needs is a diff.....

Very true, I thought the same about them until I bought one. For a daily driver I would have a good EP3 over an EK9/DC2 all day long

On the track the EK9/DC2 is the obvious better car from the factory for the job but recently I was at a Hondaclubireland race day and there was an EP3 handing it to k20 EGs and fully Built B18 Integras on slicks

I could see this EP3 turning into another track warrior :)

hahaha, i already have 1 track car so will try and fight the temptation!!!

there are a few little things i wouldn't mind doing to it down the line, will wait and see - main goal will be to tidy up a few bits here and there and keep it mint

my OCD kicked in today despite the hangover of all hangovers

can't stand a car with a nice exhaust that isn't shiny so sorted that out and swapped the plates out, plates are the original dealer ones with the honda logo which is a nice touch

also gave the engine bay a good clean, very fresh under there!

there is a bit of a rattle from the front over bumps, will take a look when i get a chance - suspect either drop links or top mounts

nice steven

never give up on the Honda scene buddy :)

look after it steven :please:

Look very nice, i wasen't keen on my ep3 tbh found it really snappy on bends, wasen't keen on the driving postion either. Do really like the cosmic grey best coulor i think.

look after it steven :please:

you know i will :)

vti2010 - this one has just had front lower arm rear bushes done and a full alignment, corners very well! pushing on you can feel the lack of LSD, however i would say it's very neutral, not snappy in the slightest

nice EP3 Steven, class all round car having driven my mates a load of times!

Nice to see John still kicking about the Honda scene! :)
