Went down to york today!
Only found out it was on this morning (thanks to EK9turbo) so didnt really have time to sort my car! ie- as i use it every day!

My best of the day (well the 6 run's i got)

1/8 9.16
1/8 80.61
1/4 14.0951
1/4 99.14

Well not my best but still a good day i'd say!:nice:

It was a great day. I really enjoyed it, thanks for coming JB, Dont thin my GF was up for it until I told her a few friends were coming and bringing their GFs too :) Very glad I beat my personal best. Still need to get more practice to reduce the spin I get in 1st and 2nd.

My best run:
1/8 8.75
1/8 85.37MPH
1/4 13.2530
1/4 108.93MPH

:p

Was a great day, pitty we didnt get as many runs as Id hoped. Would have been cool to see Sandwiches run his car stock too. Thanks for holding my wheels and tools for me Sandwiches! much appreciated! :nice:

And Jimbob... hope your coming to the first meet in the new year because Im well-up for going!   York Dragway rules! :p

You only spin in 1st and 2nd? Must be the larger turbo, the only time i went drag racing i was spinning past half track to the top of 3rd gear... actually it might have been the track, the one i went to (LACR) is often called the worse track in CA :( they closed it down since then

looks like you guys had fun though :) I'm jealous, I'm so far from everyone :(

Yeah, Im getting better at the launch, was only running low boost 12psi though. wanted to practice getting the launch right instead of lighting them up. Didnt do too bad :) The car with full interior should be good for a very very low 13 at that low boost but once im used to launching and get more practices next season, im aiming for mid twelves with full interior. :drive:

just fixed the vid link :nice:

Yeah it was a last minute thing, I got told about it on the sat night by the lad with the red turbo civic, then I called JB and Sandwices sunday morning to ee if they were up for the trek

BTW. Boost-By-Gear helps ALOT :D ...I wired in my AC switch to pick the high/low boost by gear settings :)

I think it's funny that if we had of got there earlyer in the day we would have been entered into the class final's!

In which case i Would have quickest in B class
& Will (EK9turbo) would have been quickest in C class!

Thats EK9 power! LOL:drive:
