Buddy Club +N problem

i am having these coilovers for 3 years now and i can't blame them handlingwise. I have them on my ej9 civic sedan and my suspension set up is 26mm front swaybar, 24mm rear ASR kit, energy suspension bushings all over, custom top mount bushings (higher and stronger). My wheels are 14inch koseis k1 4kg each with 185/55/14 tyres. I mention the lightweight wheels as i believe they play some role if you have strong shocks.

The first problem i faced from the beginning is that they would go super low at their highest level, meaning reduced clearance and driveability,. This was even worse as i had 14inch wheels and even more, 55 profile instead of 60 (stock). For this reason i made some extra higher bushings in the top mounts, from teflon which gave me the opportunity to raise the car and increase the clearance. So far so good.
The next problem was the bouncy ride. The coilovers could absorb pathholes very well but they were bouncy (especially in the rear) as if they have very strong rebound. I could live with that, as when i soften it (15 clicks) they react slower to bumps so it is softier.

If they weren't so bouncy they would be nearly perfect.

The last problem i am facing with them is that some time ago i realised that the clicks of the shocks tend to lose their adjustment. They have the tendency to go towards the first clicks. 15 is the hardest so i have them almost all the time something like 5 front 3 rear or even less. So have you ever faced similar problems with them?

As for handling i can't blame them at all, they are way better than my previous set up (bilsteins sprint with HnR). I have tracked my Buddy clubs a couple of times, they don't leak anywhere and they aren't noisy.
I bought them from a dealer in the US and they must have covered 60.000km.
