Im doing a nut and bolt rebuild on my eg9 and have replaced nearly everything under the car with new parts .

I'm stuck on what to do with the front and rear upper control arms .

The car will mainly be a road car . It is lowered about 50mm on yellowspeed coilovers .

Is it worth adding a camber kit to get the car properly set up or is it overkill ?

I want to replace the front uca anyway as the balljoints are worn but can't decide to go aftermarket or just replace with oem spec ones?

In my opinion you don't need a camber kit. What you need to worry about is the toe, that gets fixed once you get your wheel alignment done.

Is the car is a daily drive , youre good to go with oem spec ones.

Forgot to add, wait for other members advice:D

it will only be a weekend car really , but doubt it will see the track. just looking to get the most out of it and was wondering would camber kits be a must to do that.

i am leaning towards replacing them with none adjustable ones

Not needed really. You just need a proper wheel alignment :)

I would go for front and rear Yellows camber kits. They are not expensive and good quality as you might know already seeing that you already have Yellows coilovers on the car. Just had mine fitted with these camber arms and set 1.5 front, 0.8 at the rear and loving the feel so far. Its a street car and rarely going to be tracked but having spent so much on it to get the best performance i thought might as well get some decent camber kits and complete the suspension set up with some camber. You will not regret it ;)

Ya iv Ben told that to get the best set up and driving experience I need to set the camber along with everything else .

I was looking at the hard race kits as want something good quality that won't slip etc. The spc ones seem v good but can't find anywhere that sells them .

I didn't know yellowspeed do camber kits il check them out

camber arms are useful if your car is lowered a lot and you want to take some of the camber back off.

What are your camber values at the moment ? Is there a big difference between left and right ?

the car is in pieces atm so dont have any readings. if its lowered the same allm round should the camber be the same either side no?

itl be lowered about 50mm.
