Well lads I'm in the process of building my turbo saloon.

I have a set of b18c sir-g cams and a set of ek9 cams and was wondering which ones would I be better off using?

Also are exedy stage 2 3puk any good for turbo and do's anyone know what power they can hold

Depends from your turbo set up...
Gsr cams works fine for everything but if you have a long turbo manifold and a large turbo move to type r cams.

what you want it a cam with high lift and quick duration

type R cams work well and are more than enough for the power you would want on a FWD road car

B18c4 Inlet with a B18c6 exhaust with adjustable cam gear said to be the best all round set up for boost'd honda's

My opinion is to use gsr with the cast log and 2871.
Those manifolds are not so 'easy flow' manifolds and the type r cams should increase the backpressure a lot...
